  We purchased a big screen Sony 2 years ago the fellows installing did a great job excellent job … I decide I wanted to move the tv to another wall luckily I had one of the same men and a new fellow install …..it was nice to have professional men with this process and this is very rare these day …..   Several weeks ago, I ordered a Samsung smartwatch. In a completely irresponsible move, Best Buy shipped it via DoorDash, and the driver made off with it. The box arrived with the bottom torn open. I have been waiting for nearly a month for them to investigate the matter and for a pickup authorization email—yet nothing has happened. For weeks now, they have kept telling me to "wait 48 to 72 hours"; today, I chatted with them again, only to be told that I have to wait another three days or more on top of the time I’ve already spent waiting. They have refused to resolve this issue regarding a watch that cost $400—a gift intended for Mother's Day.

  Geek Squad Service Review: I scheduled a dash camera installation for 3:00 PM on 4/11. We arrived at 2:40 PM and were told the install would take 1 to 1.5 hours. After walking the mall for three hours to kill time, we checked back in only to find the technician struggling. He admitted he was consulting the service center because he didn't know how to install it in a newer vehicle. After another 30 minutes, he claimed he just needed to wire it and it would be another half hour. An hour later, he finally admitted it wasn't working and that we would need to return to see a more experienced technician. We wasted four and a half hours simply because he didn't admit he lacked the expertise from the start. We would have been happy to reschedule for a day when an another tech was available. On Day 2, we dropped the car off early for a 1:30 PM appointment, expecting a quick finish since the 'wiring was done.' Picked up at 3:30pm when we came to check in as we hadn’t received a call yet and could not get through on the phone. Gentleman was very nice and understood our frustration. We did receive a credit for ($70 of our $199 install fee) which we appreciated but will not be using this service again.
