  Had a 1:45 PM appointment, got there on time, waited for 30 minutes without anyone assisting me. Guy kept telling me that someone will get to you soon. Worst of all was the fact that people who had later appointments came in & were promptly assisted...

  I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the Apple Store. I booked an appointment specifically for a battery service for my Apple Watch Series 4, which currently has only 68% battery health. The appointment was accepted, and the technician performed a full diagnostic test on the watch while I waited. After the diagnostic was completed, I was told that the watch is considered vintage and that Apple would not replace the battery. Instead, I was advised to recycle the device. What I find most frustrating is that this information could have been provided before the appointment. If battery service is not available for this model, the system should not allow customers to schedule a battery replacement appointment in the first place. I wasted time traveling to the store and waiting for diagnostics, only to be told that no service could be performed. I expected better communication, more transparency, and a clearer explanation of the available options. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience.

  The wait time was a little long, the guy who helped me was knowledgeable about the the Neo Mac I was purchasing with the mouse ,I wish I got his name but the service I got was great
