  Walked in and made an appointment to have help unlock my phone and was greeted by Noah I think that was his name he had curly hair. He was very polite and friendly and very professional. The lady that helped me unlock my phone I didn’t get her name. She was very friendly polite and professional. I will definitely be back if I need any help with my phone

  My Laptop crashed, and my only opportunity to bring it to the closet Apple Store 40 miles was today. I went online and there were no openings for today, so I called the store. I spoke with an actual person from the derby st store, and asked if I could come by and drop off the computer to be repaired. I was not looking for on the spot repairs, just yo get it to them during my only opportunity. I was told I could walk in and drop it off. I drove the 45 minutes either my two boys only to be told I can not drop it off, but could wait for two hours, then maybe they could look at it and if it needed repairs I could leave it to be fixed. Train your staff on your policy so I don’t have to drive 75 miles road trip only to be told I was misinformed by the person on the phone. Very disappointed in Apple

  Come near closing and had a hard time finding my service order. Wasn't sure if it was my issue or Apple's.

  First experience with the Genius Bar for a battery replacement. Made an apt for 325pm- wasn’t seen by service technician until 344pm. I was told battery replacement would take roughly 2 hours. Unsure if they wee taking walk-ins before scheduled appts but it was chaotic inside. Employees were unsympathetic and condescending. Will not be returning to this location.
