- LFLeslie FlanaganOct 21, 20265.0I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fletcher and her veterinary support, Katie, for the care and compassion they showed my family and me as we said goodbye to our cat, Smokey. This was such a heartbreaking and emotional experience, and they made an incredibly difficult day a little easier through their kindness, patience, and understanding. Katie was so sweet, gentle, and kind, and Dr. Fletcher took the time to explain everything to us with such compassion and heart. We never once felt rushed or pressured. Instead, they gave us all the time we needed, listened to our concerns, and made sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. It was clear that their priority was not only Smokey’s comfort but also helping our family through such a painful moment. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy, but the care and genuine compassion they showed us meant more than words can express. We are so grateful to Dr. Fletcher and Katie for treating Smokey and our family with such love, dignity, and respect during one of the hardest moments we have faced. They truly went above and beyond, and we will never forget their kindness.
