Doctor Rocha is a Joke. My dog died because he didn’t listen to me and told me it was GI. I knew he was wrong, I know my dog. Liver failure I had to say goodbye to mu baby because this doctor told me it was GI and sent me home. I went here for over 6 years and this new vet is a joke. Saw the fluid and signs and said he wasn’t worried. NEVER bring your animal here.

My Poppy Girl, recently had her teeth cleaned along with 2 extractions by Dr. Walsh and Vet Assistance Rachel. I was worried sick about how my fur baby would make out, between the anesthesia and pain meds given, she had a problem during her spay surgery when she was a kitten at the shelter, but Dr Walsh assured me that my girl would be just fine. I must have called at least twice outside of my phone call from Dr. Walsh with the outcome of how the procedure went, but none the less, the staff were always so kind, accommodating and patient with me. They understood my anxiety, regarding my girl's big day. And It didn't end there.... The staff kept in touch with me multiple times after Poppy came home just to make sure she was doing well and to ask if I had any questions. Even though for them a dental procedure is a routine everyday procedure, it's not for I, and they understood my anxiety over it. They were so good about putting my nerves at ease...My girl is everything to me, and it hasn't been easy to watch her go through this procedure.....
I want to thank the entire Capeway staff, VA Racbel and Dr. Walsh, for all they've done!.

If I could leave zero stars I would! My dog was ordered medication over a month ago. I’ve called 3 times and get different stories. First the vet didn’t write directions to go with the prescription. I had to wait. Then I was left a voicemail saying it was all set. I waited until I took him in on Saturday for a vaccine. The vet tech said it was all set, I gave her my credit card, she said it would come through the mail in 4-7 days and I would get a notification because they didn’t have it in house. I never received a notification. I called on my way home, 4 days later and the person I talked with said it was never ordered and she would call me back. She called back 15 minutes before closing. 1 hour and a half later. She said “ I can’t hear you, your phone is too far away” she then said “I’m calling about the reconciliation on your pets meds” I said I don’t know what you mean. This was supposed to be reconciled already. She proceeded to be extremely rude and said “well I said I would call you back so if you want me to help you then I will” I told her I’ve been trying to get this med for over a month. I already gave you my credit card. I just got out of work and spend a lot of money for a service and I don’t expect to be aggravated after working all day as this was supposed to be taken care of already!”She said when you are done yelling at me, call me back” I called back to speak with a manager, at 6:55 they close at 7, Voicemail. I will be picking up his records and find another vet. He is scheduled for surgery in July. No way will I leave my dog with this type of service for surgery!! Do better!

We are so grateful we found Capeway Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Jayaram.
Our one-year-old orange cat, Bowie, suddenly didn’t seem like himself. We couldn’t get into our regular vet for almost a month, but I had a feeling something was really wrong and started looking for another option with sooner availability. We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Jayaram within just a couple of days, and I’m incredibly thankful we did.
The bloodwork revealed a very serious and potentially life-threatening illness that is often fatal. It was devastating news, but Dr. Jayaram acted quickly, walked us through everything clearly and compassionately, and helped us make immediate decisions about treatment. Because of that, Bowie is now doing much better.
Dr. Jayaram was knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate. Getting Bowie into Capeway when we did quite literally saved his life. Highly recommend.
