  We are so grateful we found Capeway Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Jayaram. Our one-year-old orange cat, Bowie, suddenly didn’t seem like himself. We couldn’t get into our regular vet for almost a month, but I had a feeling something was really wrong and started looking for another option with sooner availability. We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Jayaram within just a couple of days, and I’m incredibly thankful we did. The bloodwork revealed a very serious and potentially life-threatening illness that is often fatal. It was devastating news, but Dr. Jayaram acted quickly, walked us through everything clearly and compassionately, and helped us make immediate decisions about treatment. Because of that, Bowie is now doing much better. Dr. Jayaram was knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate. Getting Bowie into Capeway when we did quite literally saved his life. Highly recommend.

  The best Vet care in Massachusetts, the staff is extremely friendly, warm, and very understanding. I took my cat Belle Starr Monteiro here and she was very sick and in pain. They showed her and my family the utmost kindness and walked is through each step as it came. Please I highly recommend this place, they will work with you if you can't afford out of pocket expenses and will allow you to pay for your pet care in installments. I recommend Capeway Veterinarian Hospital.

  The staff are great in my opinion!! Brought my dog there today, they worked so well with her although i thought they would refuse because she will try to bite when touched but they were so understanding and very nice to her and also, able to complete the exam still!!

  We’ve had a great experience with Capeway. Not only were they incredibly helpful when our cat went missing, but they’ve consistently provided excellent care. Our cat can be very aggressive, and the entire team handles him with patience and skill, which we really appreciate. They’re thorough, easy to schedule with, and the office is always very clean. Highly recommend!

  Unfortunately I was in an emergency situation where I needed information for certain certifications and prices on items for my pet and when I called I was met with a very ignorant response by the receptionist who refused to even help me when it came down to explaining what I needed The doctors are lovely but the reception is an older woman who refused me any kind of assistance when it came to explanation
