- AAa aJul 25, 20262.0It was quick and easy to get an appointment. I had heard good things about this clinic so I decided to come all the way over here to try it out. Sadly, the staff was okay at best. I was less than five minutes late and called beforehand to let them know. After they let me into the room I heard them loudly talking badly about my character even though I had only been nice to them. Insane behavior, it seems like a group of mean girls. The vet was nice enough though

Since she started getting worse, we took her to VCA Everett at 4:00 PM today. We have been waiting ever since, and we still haven't been seen. My daughter spoke with the receptionist, who told her that the doctors were about to see us; however, we sat in an exam room for 40 minutes, and the doctor never came. It is very disappointing to seek medical care only to leave without being seen after nearly two hours.
