  I was pleasantly surprised. Was shopping for a dishwasher, microwave and induction range. I went to some specialty stores and while the salespeople were legit helpful and informative I went to Best Buy to see the selection and “kick the tires” I ws assisted by a young sales rep named Danny …very informative, and gave some pros and cons on features that actually changed how I thought about my purchase in a positive way. He took time and effort to help me achieve my goals and keep me in my budget. He utilized several Best Buy programs to provide value, including a member program, Best Buy credit card with points (we now have $500 to put towards a tv my husband wants) and I don’t think he left 1 stone unturned to help…including finding what I wanted in an open box range that was in great condition and also provided detailed instructions on the install process. The install package and service provider they partnered with was excellent as well. The install was timely, with great communication. Professional and they preemptively set the expectation and price for bringing my dishwasher installation up to code with photographs on what it should look like so you knew if you had the proper set up. Price on the code compliance upgrade was reasonable. At Best Buy I was informed that the sales reps don’t work on commission, but the time Danny invested and his interest in helping gave the impression as though he did. He deserves credit for providing a high level of customer care, and I expect a lot compared today’s standards which I often find lackluster. In fact, everyone I had contact with at the store provided a high level of service. Best Buy, Danny, and the install team from Latour Jose and Adam knocked it out of the park. Of particular note, they were all laid back and didn’t talk a lot, and weren’t “salesy” in nature…never felt pressured, just informed and assisted. I’m happy with my purchase and next I need an appliance or electronics this will be the first place I go.

  Thanks to Jason, he was very knowledgeable about product specs and offerings. We were looking for a TV mount for a uniquely shaped room. I thought the process would be complicated, he made it quick & easy. Awesome & friendly employee, most importantly, polite!

  I had a fantastic experience shopping here! The staff was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the products. Plus, they had a great selection of electronics at competitive prices.

  Absolutely love this store! The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Plus, they always have the latest tech and great deals – I can't recommend it enough!

  I have spent over 15k in the last 2 years from Refrigerator, oven, stove top, laptops, computers,washer, freezer and other countless other products. Both in business and personal. I called in because my Refrigerator overhead lights went out last year. Didn't think much about it until I just spent 2k in more products just yesterday. The nice person who helped us said that Bestbuy would do right by me and assist me with that. He said because I canceled my extended warranty last year after paying for it last 5 years, it in essence voided the extended warranty on the fridge. He did suggest that once best buy see how much business I've done with them, it should be taken care of. Call customer service today and was told that they can't. Nice way to take care of your two ( wife and I)plus member spenders. Thinking about canceling and return the new products and go look for another retailer that truly value its plus members.
