  Experimenté un servicio deficiente por parte de algunos colaboradores de la tienda, quienes se negaron a venderme un equipo simplemente porque indagué sobre su origen y mencioné su nacionalidad. Esta reacción fue inesperada y desproporcionada, considerando que la nacionalidad no debería ser motivo de ofensa. He invertido una cantidad considerable de dinero en esta tienda, y este incidente ha sido sumamente decepcionante. Nunca más volvería a esa tienda

  Complaint about the customer service I received at the Apple Store in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. I visited the store to purchase an unlocked black iPhone 17 with 256 GB of storage. A salesperson approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted and simply wanted to purchase the phone and go home. The salesperson told me that I had to wait for an iPhone specialist. I explained that I did not need a demonstration or technical assistance—I only wanted to buy the phone. However, I was told again that I had to wait. I then spoke with another salesperson, who appeared to be a team leader, but I received the same response. Unfortunately, no one was willing to complete a simple purchase without waiting for a specialist. I was very disappointed with the experience. As a customer who was ready to make a purchase, I expected a much simpler and more efficient process. Instead, I became frustrated and left the store without buying the phone.

  Was asked by apple support to make a second appointment to re-evaluate the issue with my laptop. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the "genius" was available 1/2 hour later and the supervisor's behaviour was arrogant and dismissive. When eventually the "genius" joined, he insisted that the first evaluation (declaring my laptop "dead") was pretty much right without touching the laptop. Of note, I am able to start my "dead" laptop at home! It is interesting how apple has 15 people floating around for sales, but so few "geniuses"!!!It really tells you something how the company's goals has shifted over the years (I've been an apple customer for a very long time)

  Yesterday I was at the store for my 11AM computer class and I can't wait for the next one. I am finally after years of being a microsoft custome fully commiting to APPLE and I couldn't be more excited. Thank you to the team in Chestnut Hill for creating such a warm enviorment full of knowledge and learning.
