  They will make you wait 30 minutes no matter how accurate you arrive for your appointment, regardless of how busy the store is. Tried to replace battery of my phone and they say they don’t have stock for other parts, telling me to come back next week. I came back next week they say they still have no parts. That’s it. No sorry, no let’s fix it. Just saying they don’t have it. Worst service ever.

  The Genius Bar staff here are helpful as always but the night manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He was borderline hostile to me when I was trying to explain an issue I had with my phone. I wasn't looking for a fight but it definitely seemed like he was. I would recommend going to a different location

  The wait time is crazy. Do not rely on the sms; it will take you 30 more mins after you checkin. Noone respects time here

  I visited Apple Cambridgeside today and am so grateful to them for all of the time they spent with me. I am 80 and was trading in my Mac laptop for a desktop computer. I just needed a large screen that stays in one place and has a regular keyboard! They helped me choose the computer and are transferring g all of my data to it. He also sat with me and asked questions while freeing up space since that has never been done in the past 30 years I have used my computers! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
