The selection of electronics is impressive, and the staff is generally helpful in answering questions. However, I found the checkout process a bit slow, and some items were out of stock. Overall, a decent place to shop for tech needs.
Rushed here to get a tv and soundbar 40 minute before they close. Arrived someone greeted us asking what we needed and she informed us that there would be someone waiting over there to assist us. We went over there, few minutes later someone came over telling us someone will come help us. 30 minutes later, no one came. We saw a worker talking to another worker, other workers standing still. Then the other worker who was helping in the tv section disappeared. We ended up getting a different tv (10 minutes before closing) that they had accessible for us without the help, but it was totally inconvenient. The store was not busy either. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this location.

Awful customer service from a manager at Best Buy Burlington, Juan Pedro. He was very rude and annoyed that I needed help. Will not return.

The selection of electronics at this Best Buy is impressive, and the staff is generally helpful when you need assistance. However, I found some items to be a bit overpriced compared to online retailers, and it took a while for someone to help me at the checkout. Overall, it's a decent store for tech needs, but be prepared to shop around for the best prices.
Went in for a headphone exchange, the headphones were making crackling noises. It was on the more complicated side. The cashier did his best but needed a manager. They processed the return on the protection plan for $0. Now we have to call the online service to try and fix the protection plan. I am really gonna reconsider purchasing ANYTHING at Best Buy under the circumstances. They even attempted to keep the old headphones even though the warranty exchange was done for $0. This was possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had the misfortune of being a part of
