  If you want to see a bunch of useless people using the latest technology and making you wait for hours, come to the Apple Store in Burlington. They took bad customer service to the next level.😂

  Alex was welcoming and helped to keep me up to date with my iPhone12 Mini. Even cleaned the charging port, which I thought was just broken! Genuinely the best experience. Went in thinking I would be upsold on a new phone; Instead, got exactly the service I was looking for! Five stars isn’t enough

  Went to the store hoping to look at one of the Mac and to purchase one of them. Asked 3 team members for help and none of them helped me turn it on. Waited for around 10 minutes and not a single team member could help me just turn it on for a quick test. The older team members were nice, but some of the other younger team members came off rude with their response, they said if you need help you have to make an appointment up at the front, but I just wanted to turn on the Mac. This store is only if you are going to buy before hand. If you are looking around first and then purchasing, do not bother with this store.

  I purchased $10 through my Apple account to buy game currency for an Apple game. However, I couldn’t figure out how to use the credit to purchase the in-game currency, so I visited the Apple Store in Burlington for assistance. The employee told me that they could not help with this issue. I don’t understand why they can’t assist when the purchase was made through my Apple account. During a previous visit, another Apple Store employee helped me by showing me which buttons to click, and the issue was resolved. But today, the employee said they were unable to help at all. I find this confusing and frustrating. Could you please explain why Apple Store employees can assist with this type of issue in some cases but not in others?
