I’m a little disappointed that I spent $650.00 for my teacup chihuahua & my pocket bully to be seen today so they can get prescribed the oral pill trio for a flea problem that required them both to get bloodwork & an examination. Only they didn’t receive full examinations. Ears weren’t checked mouths weren’t checked because if they were they would see my pocket bully is struggling with yeast on his feet & wrinkles of his face that he could have got a prescription for today. I called back & inquired & was told he would have to be brought back in on a sick visit. Also they charged me $26.00 to cut his nails & they only completed 2 & a half paws. I’ve stressed to them over & over again I’m dealing with a financial hardship specially asked over the phone when I set up the appointment how much the visit would cost in total they quoted me $444.00 today my total was &650.00 I’ve been dealing with this vet for 8 years & I’ve had issues in the past its frustrating when you pay half your monthly income & your dog doesn’t even receive the proper care of cost.

I just wanted to thank the staff at VCA North Main for their compassion and sympathy today when we brought are beloved boxer in to go to Rainbow heaven. Everyone knew her from years of going there. We will be back in future with a new furry family member.
