  I found them very discriminating I was told that I would have to wait and a executive would be there to help, but I see a lot of folks that were free but unwilling/unassigned to help me. Pretty disappointed with the way we were treated

  Checked in, waited 3h until my appointment and 1h after my scheduled time to be seen. After all that wait, the tech explains that a 4h update is needed. Only if the person who checked me in had taken the time and care to understand the problem and facilitate the technician work.

  Ali at the South Shore Apple Store couldn’t have been more helpful. I was on the fence about whether to buy Samsung or Apple. After speaking with Ali, I felt confident and excited to buy with Apple. It’s because of workers like Ali that I can rate my experience here 5 stars. His customer service & expertise were top-notch.

  I dropped my phone off for repairs on 8/23 and was told I could pick it up next day. I didn’t hear back from the store so I called them on that Wednesday and was told the tech working on my phone wasn’t in but he’d call me the next day. I waited 2 days for a call then called back and was told they couldn’t repair my phone so they’re charged me $99 for a replacement and I could pick it up the coming Tuesday. So, I never heard from them. Today, 9/6, I went to the store to pick up my phone and the tech brought me my unrepaired phone. She said, “oh, we didn’t have the parts to fix it so it’s not ready!” Mind you, today is Saturday. So no one decided it would be a good idea to call me with an update. And why would you be waiting for parts if you are going to replace my phone? So I took my phone back after 2 weeks and it’s not repairs. I’ll need to call Apple support.

  Spent 3.4K on couple iPhones and wanted to have the privacy screen on. The person assisted me and after making the purchase, they mentioned that they don't have the device that they use to put it on. I was like okay, just do the starter kit protector, after that, a guy comes by with the device that help in putting the privacy protector on, I was disappointed with the lack of communication they got knowing that they have it somewhere but not fully commit or ask for it through out their team.
