  My phone broke completely, and transferring my data to a new phone was a complicated multi-step process. Max from the Apple store was patient, empathetic, and helpful. He sat with me for over an hour helping me through the process. At the end of the day, I was able to walk out with a new phone despite all odds. I was struck not just by how knowledgeable Max was, but by his genuine kindness and humor!

  I went to store due to locked my phone. Yesterday I lost my 13 pro max and I let AppleCare knows, they said you should contact with insurance ( AppleCare ) I said them hey I lost my phone could you lock it please they said yes. And ask Do you wanna get new device. I said yes. They said 149$ deductible I said it’s fine and I paid for that. After couple hours later my main phone which is 17 Pro Max got locked middle of the nowhere. I got shocked I couldn’t even find my home it took 2 hours without map. I just moved to new area. Anyway I called apple support they couldn’t fix then they got appointment for me and said Apple Store will fix your issue. After day I went to Apple Store they send me to Genius Bar, but they were horrible nobody is kind polite nothing. All they said we cannot help you call costumer service, I said I called them they send me here. Anyway it was horrible experience for me. I try to call Apple Store but I can’t able to use my phone which is 17 pro max. They lend me phone I called support we talked about more than an hour. They couldn’t fix either. But sometimes bad things happens. I had to buy brand new 17 PRO MAX I paid with my credit card. But the insurance company will pay for it. If they don’t I gonna sue them, for sure. Last thing about security, they are not professional either because I asked them kindly I need to use restroom, security said go basement. When I went to basement they said you can’t use restroom because it is not public ??? Security send me here how can I know? So I need its urgent I need pee, they didn’t care . One of them his name is Raghav probably thanks him he let me use restroom for pee. This problem wasn’t finish yet here. I’ll follow my rights anyway.

  Não costumo avaliar empresas, mas preciso deixar registrado o atendimento que tive com o Turner, um dos melhores atendimentos que já tive em uma loja. Era o fim de semana da maratona de Boston, muitos turistas na cidade, sábado a tarde e a loja estava muito movimentada. Queríamos comprar um Ipad, mas tivemos um problema com um gift card da Apple, que inclusive não conseguimos resolver até hoje, e o Turner naquela tarde se esforçou muito para nos ajudar. Ele fez questão de entender nosso problema, dispensou muito tempo e atenção nos auxiliando e tentou de todas as formas para que saíssemos daquela loja satisfeitos. Infelizmente o problema com o gift card não foi resolvido até hoje, mas o atendimento do Turner naquele dia amenizou muito a decepção de não termos conseguido comprar o Ipad. O atendimento que tivemos com o Turner foi incrível, percebe-se que é uma pessoa que se coloca no lugar do outro. Obrigado.

  This store is absolutely incredible! I met a wonderful woman named Suga, who was such a sweetheart and truly cared for her customers. She told me she carries dog treats because dogs come in all the time, and some even jump up in excitement when she's working. We even handed out treats together! While the store can get a bit busy, it is worth the wait. I’m a college student in the middle of finals week and had to broken my MacBook. At first, I was a bit annoyed that I had to buy a whole new laptop. But the amazing service here made the whole stressful experience worth it. Apple store, please give this women a raise.
