  We have been bringing our cats, Sasha and Nova, here for 2 years and everyone has consistently been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. The staff is excellent and clearly love what they do. All our thanks to the staff for always taking excellent care of our girls! -Catherine and Sam Joy

  Dr. Palopoli, Dr. Willis, Emma at the front desk, and the lab tech staff (Chelsea, Kate, etc) consistently go above and beyond to help my two cats, Beans and Toast. While the clinic is expensive, I have found that the team is more than willing to work with us to make the costs more manageable. I will mention that when Beans was kitten, we took her to see another vet here at VCA City Cats and had a very negative experience. However, the hospital manager helped us switch to Dr. Palopoli and ever since, we have been delighted. My experience in the three years since has been so good that I feel it's made up for the initial set back. We are always more than happy to haul both cats in the car for the 50-minute ride to see Dr. P, Emma, and the rest of the gang – anyone who has put a cat in a car knows that's saying something!

  Dr. Werlin dropped everything to take our cat into emergency surgery on a non surgery day. They were so helpful and so kind all day, giving us updates, and helping us get him transferred to an overnight vet! We can’t thank this team enough for saving Leonard!

  Mi gato fue pinchado recientemente en el ojo por otro gato en casa, lo que fue increíblemente aterrador y doloroso para ella.   I've been bringing my cats (I'm now on #6) to Arlington VCA. I've had 99% a good time. From the front desk, vet techs and the vets themselves. December this year my cat who had been fighting cancer for the last 3 years was not in a good place. They were able to fit us in for an emergency visit, gave us advice and after a week of meds and special attention at home, the symptoms were worsening. It was his time and the vet gave me an appointment same day and gave us space and time to say goodbye. I always feel welcomed when I come for visits (which is more frequent than I'd like but necessary), my cats are remembered and cared for. Thank you for the care and service you provide!
