  I had an issue with a pre ordered iPhone. The pickup time was around 5pm at the latest and I arrived early around 4:15. I was left sitting for 45 mins, so o left and checked back around 5, was told they were still working on the order, and came back at 5:30. I was then told there was an error with the order and I had to wait for a manager. Finally after 30-45 more minutes, they figured out somehow the wrong last time (a name I’ve never even heard of) was put in and it messed up the whole pickup process. Ridiculous for a $3000 purchase. Just have the phone mailed to you because it’s not worth going to the store

  The staff are very rude and improper, Said that they were going to delete my data and completely wipe my phone if my transfer wasn’t done before closing. Howard also got in my face when I was speaking to another customer about my poor quality of service. He should not have a job.

  Only putting two stars because they helped me promptly. Other than that, they don’t know anything other than being nice and selling phones and gadgets. Went there for them to fix my laptop and broke it some more, I was told something was wrong with it and it would be $750 to get it fixed, when I asked what exactly what was wrong with it, couldn’t get a straight answer, only if I wanted to pay for it or upgrade it, wouldn’t let me trade in because it wasn’t functioning. And offered me to rent a laptop (who was doing that ?) Guy claimed he tried everything to fix it and brought it in the back for them to expect for liquid damage, I was told by the guy there was no liquid damage and that it was the display screen. I knew something was fishy because he wouldn’t tell me exactly what was wrong with it as if he didn’t really check it and just told me bs. I went to another place called Wisp and they told me I DID have liquid damage and that’s why the screen wouldn’t start up all the way not because of a display screen… and they only charging me $185 compared to Apple tryna charge me $750 and not even tell me the problem. Please don’t get here unless you’re tryna buy something new , they have no clue what they are doing and just want you to spend unnecessary money or involuntarily BREAK your items.

  This review is for lakeside mall Apple location in Metairie, La. It’s honestly a joke when it comes to getting service for a new phone here. We waited 45 minutes for someone to help us with a malfunctioning new phone. We even made an appointment, but we still had to repeatedly ask and track someone down just to get service while we were there. This is extremely frustrating and not the level of customer service we expected.

  I have never been to an apple store where I have received such an abysmal level of service. These people were so rude to me. My device broke down out of nowhere, and I came to the apple store contemplating on whether to repair my old one, or buy a new one. All but one of the service representatives were so haughty towards me. When I asked questions about the features, they spoke to me in a such a condescending voice for not already knowing about them (god forbid I hoped my previous device would last me atleast four years and wasn’t putting into the effort into obsessively researching apple products as I had no idea my device would break down and there would be a need). Verbally making fun of PERSONAL things that were on my device, like my wall screen. I was in a a rush because I had not planned for my device to break, and when I very calmly asked them how much time it would take they said “you don’t have anywhere to go be patient” Who are you to tell me that? I have a life with urgent work that needed to be done, that was delayed because of THEIR BRAND’s malfunction. This place should be shut down, corporate apple (which usually has some of the best customer service) needs to do something.
