  The people at the front of the store with the iPads that check you in either have no idea what they’re doing or simply don’t care enough. They sit you down after making you wait for 15 mins and then proceed to forget about existence for an hour. When you ask, they say someone will be with you soon while there are other Apple workers just wandering around. No one starts to help until someone sees you get aggravated. A simple replacement of a phone should not take 3 hours. Updating and setting up a phone can take a while which I understand but you lose a majority of the time waiting for someone to notice your existence.

  Why have appointments? Here for 15 minutes after my noon “appointment”. Lots of Apple people standing around doing nothing but chatting with each other. Very frustrating experience.

  Scarlet went above and beyond helping me get my new phone activated when my old one was damaged, lending phones to help me call my carrier and being incredibly patient throughout! The service at this location is great, and everyone here is personable and attentive. What started as a frustrating day ended up being a very pleasant experience.

  absolutely, a horrible employees, and horrible experience. A young employee was extremely rude . Because my phone is small and I had previously fat fingered trying to put in my email address associated with the account, she glared at me and walked away without saying a word. She had previously rolled her eyes at me when I tried to explain the problem I had getting the auto change password on the phone. Someone who is apparently her supervisor came out and asked if I needed help I said no someone was just there trying to help me, but she walked off without entering my email address. He told me that she was “having issues with me.”. I told him the only issue is that she had a bad attitude. He pointed to the door and started yelling out out security.!! I told him I was not insulting her - I was insulting her attitude and did he not care that his employees were being rude to people and rolling her eyes and stomping off without explaining why she couldn’t type my email into my phone on the prompt. He kept yelling “out out!!” I asked him for his name so I can discuss it with his management and he refused. Essentially their management prefers to ignore customer concerns and then remain anonymous when they act unprofessionally so you cannot resolve it with management

  Genuinely the SLOWEST service ever. The representatives are so rude and passive aggressive when answering the smallest questions. On top of all that, it took an hour and a half to get ANY help. All I wanted to do was buy a phone, something that took a total of 10 seconds to do compared to the almost two hour wait. In addition to this, whenever I needed tech help the representative just looked at my phone and brushed off the issues. They didn't bother taking an actual look at my device, and then gave me a rough $400-500 fix estimate while generalizing what MIGHT be wrong with my phone (again with only just looking at it, no tests ran or anything). Such a waste of my time. Don't bother ever going in store if you need help, ESPECIALLY if you need QUICK ACTUALLY USEFUL HELP! Never again. A sloth could be quicker than this.
