  I love how good, the customer service is that’s what I love about this particular cricket store. The best one in Lake Charles. Jessica is an amazing helper. She helped me with my phone and I love how she’s ready to work.

  This store is awesome I really like the vibes. I just stop in and say hi. I’m glad they changed the people Mrs. Rodriguez always smiles and she is very knowledgeable.

  The best store out of all stores when I tell you the manager over the store is the best. The young lady came in and tried to help me with the issue from another store. I wish I know her name, but I know by contacting Google review they know her name thank you so much for helping me out with my issues even though you couldn’t give me no contact for nobody thank you you for taking Time out helping me.

  My phone was stolen I purchased a new phone. When police recovered my phone I was still in my 7 day return period and they refused to allow me to return the phone cricket has a lawsuit coming. I still have 2 days left in my 7 days my lawyer is coming with me next time the lazy slob that works there says my phone was found in one place but according to the police report it was in a different location so either she knows the criminal that took my phone or she is lying the attorney general’s office will get to the bottom of this
