  I dont not recommend this store!! We went in to get my husband's number switch to a new phone Sunday, May 31 around 2pm. First red flag none of the display phones was out. How do you expect to make phone sales with no display phones out?!? A woman bought a new phone and wanted to see what she bought and the gentleman who said he was a manager told her he forgot to put them out this morning.. When it was our turn he tried to switch the number but was having issues because of the e-sim for a prepaid phone. He told us we had to purchase a Sim for $11.06 so we did, He still couldn't get it to work. After over a hour of him trying to switch the number to new phone he told us to come back. We went to cricket on Ryan Street (Rosa was amazing!!) and he took the sim out our phone and we didn't get a refund!! So we purchased another sim card and Rosa switch the number with in minutes!!

  Horrible customer service. Don’t even bother coming here to get a phone and see what your bill would look like. Heavy set girl that worked there didn’t want to bother checking what our plan would be or work with us unless we were for sure going to get/purchase the phone. I’m assuming she didn’t want to give us the time of day unless she knew she was going get her lil commission. Arn’t yall there to help us figure out what our bill would look like getting the newest phone? smh. She didn’t want to go through the process bc she wasn’t for sure we would purchase it.. like be so fr.
