  Wouldn’t recommend any going here!!!! I bought a charger the box was half opened first of all I told the guy let me grab another one because that one was open the woman said nothing is wrong with it! Just come back and exchange it , even though I really should have just got a different one, went home and it did not work as I thought! Went back today to return it and they said I could not because I did not receive it the receipt which was the employees fault named km . My money was given back do not go here

  Very poor customer service. My father who is 65 years old and not very knowledgeable of cell phone lingo, was treated terrible. The manager kept telling him his phone was broken and his phone was brand new. His sim card had broke so we bought at universal Cricket sim card kit from Walmart. It would not activate online so he goes in, only to be told that cricket couldn't activate a cricket sim card. So the manager said we had to purchase a sim card from them in order to activate it. We purchased another identical Cricket sim card. Had to go back in the store 3 times because the phone still wasn't working. Only to be told the phone was broken. After the 3rd try the phone is working. My dad has had the same Cricket number for over 4 years . I'm pretty sure he needs to switch to another carrier.
