  older black guy at front door stared at my fiance the entire time we were in the store looking at her grossly. hes not even doing any work he’s just being creepy the whole time

  As a Best Buy member I expect to be able to return broken items without being question. The cashier took 30 minutes, trying to find reasons why it would not accept the return item Finally, when he could not figure out how to return the item the man called me, baby when I told the man I’m not his baby he Told me that I am his baby. How insulting I asked if he was part of the rainbow and he said yes he is part of the rainbow and then I was considered the insulting one for asking the question if he was part of the rainbow and is that why he’s calling me, baby So by me asking if this guy was rainbow friendly, I insulted him according to Best Buy Personnel I explained that I am the one that’s being insulted Here and we’re not gonna turn it around to where I’m the asshole. I came in to return this broken piece of crap item and now I have to deal with all of this crap and Be called baby by another man Two more times after telling him that I was not comfortable with him calling me that. I will not ever go back to this store again

  Terrible customer service with the manager. Trying to buy pokemon and the manager cause problems and decides to ignore our request of a specific item. When we ask for a specific item while pointing it out and pointing it, she yelled back saying everything is the same when everything isnt. Then said all the sku are the same then got corrected by another associate, and didnt even apologize. Then she yell we get what we get. Will be bringing it to corporate for lack of customer service and poor manner.

  Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My salesperson - Payton - even showed this senior citizen how to work a washer with all of the fancy new buttons. Thanks Payton for teaching this old dog new tricks! I genuinely appreciate it.
