We’re conveniently located in the Elmwood Shopping Center, where we’re proud to serve the surrounding communities of Metairie, Kenner, and New Orleans. We’re also lucky to be located near some awesome places to ride, like the Lakefront Trail and Bogue Chitto State Park.

- NMNeil Mens1 day ago5.0Thomas and Sean at Trek Elmwood are the best !! They sourced and installed my replacement Trek Verve2 handlebar controller. I purchased my Trek ebike in Canada knowing there are over 6000 certified Trek dealers and technicians in North America so when I travel I can always get quality parts and service. My only suggestion is to modify the instore sign at the Elmwood location which guarantees 24 hour service. That is a hard promise to keep sometimes. Due to parts ordering and delivery to New Orleans, this repair was completed in 3 days. That said I am completely satisfied and very happy to be back on my bike.
