- LLLoveReeMar 1, 20261.0This store charge added a 25.00 fee to me that I wasn’t told was going to be charged to me for buying a phone from the store. I looked at my receipt and they added a protection plan to my account without asking me if I wanted it just added it. Shady and illegal business practices I will also be making a claim with the BBB.

Nothing bad about Cricket, but this location is a bad example of Cricket service. When I went to upgrade my phone, I was told that I had to buy a case and screen protector as well. Not SHOULD, not COULD, but HAD TO. The sales person informed me that the area manager told them to do it that way. I kindly left and went to a different location. Don't get me wrong: I bought them anyway, but by CHOICE, and not from THIS location.
