  My phone was completely out of wack, Felicia helped me fix multiple things even though she isn't tech support, she made my week! So glad I am with Cricket because of employees like this!

  I’m giving this store 5 stars strictly because of the customer service representative BLEU . When I say she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me .. I mean that … what took me three days to get on board with cricket she was there and made all the necessary calls and connections to ensure my service was active . I went to another cricket store and they gave me the wrong information but the SIEGAN STORE got me right ! Thank you BLEU …for your time and patience… thank you and continue being the best !

  great experience with assistant manager Laura. She kindly walked me through a couple different options quickly got me on the way set up with a nice device and nice discounts.

  I went to this location today looking to check out the in store phone selections versus what is available online so I could upgrade my phone as well as my son's..We walked in and they greeted us and when I told them I was just there to check out the phones that were in store because they have more than what's available online the lady behind the counter told us the deals were online and so I stated again that online didn't have all the phones that the stores seem to have so she then said you're gonna pay for the phone and then the $25 upgrade fee or something like that and I said I know..They finally decided to ask what kind of phone I had and I told her the Alcatel idol 4 so she says we have the five and I told them I didn't want another Alcatel..They turned around and went back to their private conversation and left me and my son standing there. They never offered to show us any phones or asked us any questions to maybe pair us with phones we may have liked. Very bad customer service from the employees at this location. They never have to worry about me going there again. This is the first time I've had a bad experience at a cricket location.
