  Went to Best Buy on Bluebonnet today to pick up a television that wasn't in stock at the Millerville store. The experience was perfect on my way there I received a text that my t.v. was ready for pickup and was I made there went to the pickup counter. The young lady that assisted me was very courteous and very friendly. I picked up my t.v. and was on my home to set it up. I will be going to the Best Buy Bluebonnet location very soon.

  I haven't been to Best Buy in soo long, at least 5 years ago. I like just walking in there. It is so clean, fresh, and many helpful employees offering to help you. I was looking to purchase a small, easy to use and reasonable priced camera to take quick every day pictures. Babbby, was I surprised to come up today in reality of how long its been since I last been shopped there. The prices of a camera made me feel like Fred Sandford having the Big One. People were laughing at me. My eyes went from this 👀to👁👁this! WOW. I was looking for the prices range between $50-$100. Not $1499- $3999!   Initial interaction was amazing. I was asked if I needed help and was pointed in the right direction. The people in the back sucked. I asked for help then proceeded to be told in a bit and when someone else was going to help me they were shoo’d away. I ended up finding what I needed on my own. When in the checkout line there was only one person at the register but 4 people pushing one cart and standing around? Everyone but welcome guy was very unhelpful. I hope welcome guy gets a raise

  I'm in Baton Rouge and I am NOT amazed at all of these negative reviews for the Bluebonnet store. Let me tell you what happened to my housemate one year ago. He had a laptop that he did NOT purchase from Best Buy. He lost the recharger to the laptop somewhere and went to BB to get another one. Knowing nothing of electronics and amps and volts, etc., he asked someone there to find him a battery recharger that would work. Apparently the BB salesman didn't know much about electronics either and came back with one with the correct input connection, but one that was terribly too powerful for the laptop to handle. It fried his laptop the first time he tried to use it. When I looked into the problem for him I saw that the watts, amps, (whatever those terms mean we don't know) listed on the replacement battery charger were all much higher than what his old lost battery charger was designed at. I found out that, you know that little plastic box the wall electric current goes through before reaching your computer? That box reduces those amps and watts from the wall electrical socket to a level that properly recharges the computer battery without frying it and other electronic components within the laptop itself. When those design limits are exceeded, as they were exceeded with this new battery recharger the BB salesman stupidly suggested, you can damage or ruin your laptop which is exactly what happened. Apparently the BB salesman just pulled off the shelf any recharger that had the correct connection (in this case a round male/female connection, not a USB or C-port connection) and told him this would work for him. This was a case of the blind leading the blind here! When he went back to return the charger and complain to BB and to the salesman, unfortunately he did not have a receipt (lost or thrown away), which turned out to be a convenient excuse for BB not to give him his money back or accept responsibility for the ruined laptop or at least to fix the damage to it, and also allow the salesman he confronted to say, "I see a lot of people here, I don't remember you," and politely show him the exit door to the building. Buyer beware, know what you are buying from this confederacy of dunces at Bluebonnet Best Buy!

  Everyone was exceptionally helpful, and patient. Found the deal I was looking for on a new hp laptop. Moved up from an envy to the latest gen i9 omnibook with the 32 gigs of ram, upgrade video card, and 2T ssd hard drive, backlit keyboard and touch screen. Wyatt showed me 3 comparable units pointing out the pros and cons of each. Saved 800$ too. It is my next 5 year laptop.
