    Had an appointment. Sat there for almost an hour before I was seen while PLENTY of people were seen after I arrived and sat on the blocks waiting and noticed customers didn’t have to stay as long (hours) as I did bc the issue, they were not willing to address! I needed a new phone as it hadn’t been working right since the second day I received it and it’s been two months. They replaced the hardware and software and returned the phone shell to me instead. This took hours even tho they said it’d they two! This is after I was finally seen. THENi just sat there and no one addressed me. I rechecked myself in and nothing. FINALLY someone told me it’d be another ten minutes which turned into almost an hour and then I got my phone back on SOS! I had to return to AT&T to get my echip reinstalled and turned back on to work which took me two additional hours of waiting in their store getting serviced etc to then they told me because Apple sent a code after the set up I couldn’t receive, they said that’s not our problem. Apple has to fix that. So I was told to return to the Apple Store which I refused to and sat there until I figured out how to get my phone back on. I still had to go home and download all of my apps again and my text service isn’t working right and APPLE STORE TECHS were supposed to fix the ENTIRE ISSUE!! I am so disgusted!

    My experience at the Apple store was awful. From the moment my mom and I walked in, nobody greeted us and we had to go out of our way to find a worker to ask our questions. Jarrod, I believe was his name, was extremely rude from the second he was assigned to us. He was unprofessional, very dismissive, had a horrible attitude, and seemed like he didn’t want to help us or be at his job. My mother’s first language is Spanish and sometimes she has a hard time following certain information in English. Jarrod was rude enough to look at my mom while I’m trying to explain to her in spanish was he told me, and respond with “This is about your phone, not hers.” In which I responded with “I’m simply explaining to her what you said.” It was a disrespectful comment, simply unacceptable and unnecessary. After that, he continued to have an attitude after I had to quickly translate for my mom anytime I asked him something and she didn’t understand clearly. That was also a major issue with this employee, he didn’t explain ANYTHING. I asked for breakdowns and additional information and his responses were always “I don’t know, I have to check that” but proceeded to not check it. It’s almost as if it was an inconvenience to help us out which made the overall experience unpleasant and extremely frustrating. He had a condescending attitude and tone the whole time which was very unwelcoming. We ended up leaving the store after not getting the help we needed due to his behavior and I will not be going back. It’s so unfortunate that customers already pay so much money for Apple products and they hire people who lack customer service skills to sell their products. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Very ugbly people work here. Try an get a return on defective play cards mostly because of darkness of reciets. Never over need for new cards.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store due to the extremely long wait time even after I booked my appointment in advance. Even with staff available, there was little communication about delays or how long the wait would be. I spent far more time waiting than receiving assistance, which made the visit frustrating and inefficient. I expect better customer service and organization from Apple. Hopefully, they improve their scheduling and customer management so others don't have the same experience.
