    Drove 2 hours to have my husbands phone fixed , got there , said they ( the worker Nick ) could have the battery repaired in store . I thought that was fine . Came back and said they don't have the battery , okay that's understandable . He said they will give a loaner phone until they get my husbands phone back from Apple after being repaired / replaced . Got the loaner phone , transferred all my husbands data , went to transfer his eSIM , come to find out the loaner phone is carrier locked . He basically said " that's out of my hands , nothing i can do " their " system " all of a sudden went down . He said try again a few hours later , got home , phone still carrier locked , contacted Apple support , they can't do anything . No one can unlock the loaner phone , i will be going back to return the loaner phone . He knew the phone was locked , he didn't wanna do the work to give us another phone that's unlocked . Now my husband is out of a phone for his job . His original phone was wiped clean and shipped off . Now he's stuck with a phone he can't do anything with until his original phone comes back .

    My experience at the Apple Store in the Mall of Louisiana was absolutely horrible. The customer service was basically non-existent from the moment I walked in. Employees acted like they did not want to be at work and nobody seemed interested in helping customers in a professional or respectful way. I felt constantly looked up and down while waiting for assistance, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Apple products already cost entirely too much money for customers to be treated with attitudes during the transaction process. Instead of making the experience smooth and professional, it felt stressful and frustrating the entire time. On top of that, the employee assisting me activated free trial subscriptions on my purchase after I specifically stated that I did not want any trials or extra charges added to my account. It felt very misleading and disrespectful to ignore what I clearly requested, knowing those trials could later turn into charges. The store overall felt disorganized and chaotic, and the attitude from employees came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. For a company as large as Apple, I expected much better customer service and honesty during the sales process. Instead, the entire experience left a very negative impression on me, and I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting quality customer care.

    Absolutely terrible, Waited 3 days for a iPhone 15 battery replacement, then came back was there at 3:00 they said my phone would be done at 4:45 it was then a 10 minute delay. Then once it was ready I waited about 30-40 minutes just for them to give it to me. I missed dinner reservations at 5:00 because they wanted to be slow and js wasting peoples time. Then got to dinner really late with one of my relatives visiting from Utah. And missed almost the whole dinner. They also said I need a new phone and that it would take 5 days and $100 plus my $250 that I paid to fix my phone. So APPLE, you owe me money and even then you wasted my time and I am sure you wasted plenty of others time.

    Josh at Apple Store Mall of Louisiana was kind, helpful, and accommodating during my Genius Bar appointment. We are trying to get my Mac that went dead after a Geek Squad visit up and running again. At this point, if this laptop doesn’t turn back on I am ok with it because I know he tried every way he could to make it work again and alternative options should it not. I appreciate you Josh!
