Neither knows what the others are doing and will get out of assisting in any helpful way by always pointing you towards the other option as the one to talk to. By the end you spent hours talking to many people in person and in other countries and still no solve to the problem. And unfortunately no one else to go to because no one seems to be actually responsible to solve the problem and just send you off with a shrug. Unfortunately he really can't beat their family plan so because it's what I can afford for me and my three kids I'm stuck with it and have to take the disadvantages that come with the affordable pricetag.
