  It received one star only because it's required! Horrible experience, after 3 days and collectively 4 hours on the phone with customer service I still don't have my new devices and they have my money!!!! If upper management can't successfully get on the phone tomorrow without disconnecting my call and offer more than a $15 credit to a customer of over 10 years, we're headed to Sprint! I get a discount there, not thrilled about it, but I can't deal with Cricket any longer!!! 😤😡
