  ZERO stars- don't allow their "free visit" fool you they are getting the cost of the visit and then some. First they tried selling me on test to have skin from pet analyzed under a microscope when they had already diagnosed my pets condition, only they had not shared it with me yet, I declined. The reason I know this is because when the doctor walked in she told me my dog had a bacterial infection before she even looked at him which tells me the assistant that tried to sell me on the unnecessary test had already diagnosed my pets condition. Then after going over the treatment plan and cost the assistant came back and after explaining prescription she informed me they added a couple meds and said the price increased by $40. She then said" is that ok?" No that's not ok it's shady business practice at the very least driven by greed. Clearly this business uses add-ons and strategic manipulation to increase prices for services and medications. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Shame on you VCA SHELDON AND YOU DR. ELISE KNIGHTON

  Today was our first visit to this vet and we brought our new kitten Jackdaw. I was a bit nervous at first to try a new vet but everyone we met there were truly some of the kindest and most patient people I've ever met. Dr. Knighton, Alexis, Jade and the kind lady working the front desk (Im so sorry I didnt catch her name!) were all so nice and treated Jackdaw like they're own. They explained everything in great detail, answered all our questions, made sure we understoond all of our options, and made sure Jackdaw and his comfort came first. We couldnt be more thankful for them!

  Couldn’t be more grateful talking my fur baby mylo here. Staff was truly pleasant and understanding. Dr. Nixon was very kind and worked with me to understand the best treatment for mylo. Appreciated all the feedback given to fully understand the treatment options, as well as overall just being a very thorough and empathetic person during this hard time. I can’t thank you guys enough for all you have done for mylo.

  Ill tell you! This Vet office knows how to get pups excited for his/her visit,whether its shots, to be rubbed and tugged on, my pup loves this place...maybe its the treats they feed our fur family member...lol
