  Got over here at 640pm on a sa, sign says closes at 8pm.. store already closed up.

  Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air! Not only was she able to fix my issues with the phone, she actually brightened my whole day! I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40😬,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!😃 And even when we had a couple bumps in the road she didn't give up, she was persistent, and she resolved the issue. Thanks again Mandy! And great job to Cricket for picking her as part of their team! #satisfiedcustomer

  Excellent staff. Store is usually busy but there are not many Cricket stores in the area so the busy crowd is expected.
