  Tried to add my Apple Watch online and repeatedly received an error to call instead, called the number and waited over 35 minutes before I was finally connected with “Patrick” explained that the system was directing me to call since there seemed to be an error online, he stated he would be able to help gave him the imei number and my card number for the $10 fee to activate the line. Didn’t work he wanted me to restart my phone and watch and he would call me back. Restarted both devices and he DID call back like he said. Still not working he tried to call my watch and nothing happened so he transferred me to someone with more experience she also was unable to get it to work even though it had worked perfectly on att. I explained I couldn’t mess with it any longer it had taken my entire lunch hour, I asked that it be canceled and she informed I would still be charged for the activation which I explained was ridiculous since it NEVER activated on my watch. She apologized of course but there was nothing she could do. I asked for someone on management to call me at a later time to discuss that further. I cannot recommend cricket wireless any longer sound quality has gone downhill and customer service and wait times are not what they used to be. I will be taking all of my lines elsewhere as soon as my month is up.
