- JCJohn CoatesMay 26, 20265.0It's nice to finally have no issues after a nightmare dealing with the Fairdale store.I went in the Fairdale store last Wednesday to buy a Samsung phone and got talked into a Motorola Edge which is worst phone I've ever used.It for one had been associated with another number,glitched,kicked me off apps,had issues using the keyboard and wanted to return it from day one.Five trips back to that store to return it ,or get it to work properly all failed.I was told I would hate this Samsung phone ,but all lies,I am very happy, just wish I could get back the $60 or $70 I wasted on gas and the price difference as the Samsung was a little cheaper.The guy that helped me today was great and did an amazing job making sure I was happy

She helped me get a very good deal on my new Samsung phone and even gave me a free Icon Plus phone. Zara was extremely helpful and patient while transferring all my data to my new phone, making the whole process easy and stress-free. She has amazing customer service and truly cares about helping customers get the best deals. This Cricket Wireless store is doing a wonderful job helping everyone and offering great promotions. I will definitely come back to this store all the time because of the excellent service from Zara. Highly recommended!
