  This review is not for the associate that helped me, Jackson was so kind and patient and did his absolute best to help me. Just really irritated that I’ve had my AirPods for less than a year and the only solution was to send them for repair. I’m going on vacation in a week and they can’t guarantee I’ll have them back in time. These aren’t cheap $20 headphones so why would it not be possible to replace them if it’s an Apple issue. So frustrating. Definitely my last year with Apple products.

  they were extremely helpful when my phone was stolen the previous night in restoring my SIM as quick as possible. the guy who helped me had a neck tattoo, which i'm only noting cus i wanna praise this store for not being sticklers on hiring just based off irrelevant factors such as appearance, cus that man was probably more helpful and patient than anyone else i met in this city

  Went to Genius Bar yesterday with a 15 & after diagnostic testing it was confined I needed a new battery & a new camera lens for a total of $270. They offered me a trade value of $320 so I just ended up buying a new 17. It was a seamless STRESS FREE experience & I can’t recommend it enough. Going through a carrier is usually a nightmare & I’ll never do it again! Thanks Apple Store!!

  Promise something one day (but couldn’t execute due to their system being down- embarrassing) and go back on their word the next day! Took three days and 4 phone calls to get a return call from a manager (not the Store Leader, Jeremiah, he’s much too busy to be bothered with a customer) only to be told, by Ringo, conveniently, that the Lead who made the promise (Mikey) was now on vacation. Crap customer service is the usual when it comes to this company.

  Went in to get my phone fixed. I was told I could get it fixed for free through my warranty but the system was down so I needed to book another appointment for the next day. I come in the next day and then they are telling me it’s not covered by the warranty and I am going to have to pay hundreds to get it fixed. Extremely frustrating and a waste of my time.
