  Been a customer for years, phone died and was stranded basically, and the young asian girl refused to let me charge my phone unless I bought a 30$ cable. She didn't even know what a lightning cable was, how do you work at a cellular store and not know what a lightning cable is? If I owned a store like this I would HELP the customer. There's probably a reason why this specific store has such a poor rating.

  The staff Alana specifically is very rude. I will drive 20 mins across town before dealing with her.

  Says they are open till 8pm on Saturday and they aren't. Stopped by at 630 to get service and store was closed.bad for business
