I am moving to a brand new home and need to mount a 65" 4K Sony Bravia tv on a stone fire place and I would like to have it done professionally so I don't have worry about it falling off. I was told by Chris at the store that because I didn't "spend enough money with them they weren't interested" in my business. Don't waste your time with this group. This is not the Barney Miller's I remember. Sad.
