  We had A extremely difficult experience with the payment there with our credit card. They ended up mailing us three computers and charging us. We could never reach the store to get help. I feel like the salesperson should have taken care of this. At the time. Instead, we had to spend hours and hours on the phone to correct this. We are not happy with this particular store.

  Guy was taking our order for new IPhone. Colleague comes and they stopped taking orders because to many orders. Not very friendly.

  Absolutely ridiculous to pay over a 1k for laptop, payed for Apple Care and I am turned away at the door because they "Don't have an open genius bar today". The genius bar is their entire reason for charging so much, to be able to come and get things fixed. Could not be more disappointed in the service, hard to say if I'll buy another Apple product after this.

  I was basically brushed off by apple when I came in to have them work on my iPhone 17 which was having connectivity issues and WiFi issues. They shipped it off to another Apple Store then was told that they couldn’t repair due to “unknown markings inside the phone” and better yet they said they made “software fixes to it so it was fixed” then got it back and it’s the same piece of junk that it has been. Will not be going back to this apple store or any for this matter, for the three times I was at that Apple Store all together I was there waiting just for someone to come for a combined time of 3 hours, this store doesn’t give a sh** about your problems. And now here I am, can’t even barely post this review because my internet is still terribly connecting
