  They were very busy but had lots of employees working and we were waited on almost immediately. The gentleman that helped us was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

  I was so impressed with the customer service and care I was shown today specifically by Thelma & Seth. They stayed almost an hour after closing and made sure I didn’t leave until my problem with my device was fixed while maintaining the most friendly environment i’ve seen in a while. I was more than a happy customer and I will be back! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family. If you have any problems this store is the go-to!

  Multiple charges for a single order, order still not ready two hours after pickup time. It’s always someone else that screwed up. No responsibility, no accountability, horrendous customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  I bought an IPhone 17 pro for my wife, it's showing issues like volume and screen freeze since the very beginning, went to the store 3 times, they did check the phone for long time, said they couldn't find any issues. I showed 2 videos where the problem occurred and even though they didn't switch the phone. I'm extremely disappointed, frustrated and unsatisfied.
