    Customers service was top notch. Expected wait time was transparent and was accurate. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by if you need to kill time.

    Nice store with products well displayed, friendly staff, but quick customer service lacking. I just wanted to make a purchase and be on my way. I was told 3 times that someone would be with me soon, left store without the items i wanted to buy.

    Why is Apple turning folks away and blaming ATT, Verizon and TMobile etc services for their hardware/software issues? Second time this has happened. This Apple store does NOT SUPPORT ANYMORE. Hasn't for years. Come to find out, it's because Apple doesn't incentivise fixing anymore. Heard it from a rep in Michigan. Just got my phone fixed at an Apple store in Tennessee! Only took FOUR different states, and countless visits. Turns out Apple eSims are CHEEKS. Transparently... if your iPhone doesn't work, they won't help.... Even when its a software or hardware issue. Apple is no longer supporting us.

    We went to purchase an iPhone 7 and they were busy, understandable but when 4 people who came in after us and were seen before us we asked a clerk and she was rude and said “well we are busy” POOR customer service!!!!

    Very disappointing experience. When I scheduled my visit, Apple already knew my exact phone model and that I needed a battery replacement. Yet after taking the time to go to the store, I was told they did not have the battery in stock and that I would have to wait about a week for the part to arrive. I find it hard to understand how a company worth trillions of dollars, with all the information available before the appointment, cannot ensure that the required replacement part is available. This could have been communicated in advance and would have saved me a wasted trip. The staff was polite, but the overall process was inefficient and far below the level of service I expected from Apple.
