Also didn't mention the protection plan (which you only have 7 days to purchase including date of purchase) when we purchased our phones nor 3 days later when I stopped in because of having an issue with my phone. I found out about it on the 8th day, so I'm out of luck. Crappy service! We will go to a different store next time and give them a chance, but if we get similar service we will get rid of Cricket.
