- ZBZackory ButtsMay 7, 20251.0I received an odd unknown debit to my account. I called customer care and they wouldn't help me. I called the store and they were very helpless and didn't care that I had an unauthorized charge on my account. I have never had a cricket account and these ladies had zero empathy for the issues. I will be calling my bank. But I'd like to know who and how my card was used!! Zero stars! Cricket is awful and their customer care is just as bad as their reception and generic phones!
