  I bought my son a phone under a promotion and was told I could lower his plan back down to the lower price after 1 month. I tried. I called customer service and was told I had to go back to the store. I did only to be told to come back the next day and that they would hold off on charging my account for 2 days. That was a lie. They charged me $210 the next day. When I talked to the manager about why I was told 30 day instead of the 90 they are telling me I have to wait, he said he can do anything about it even though he admitted to saying 30 days. Every time I go into this store, they lie about something. My bill is supposed to be $125 a month. Not $210. I received no help from customer service and even less help in the store. When I called them liars, they told me I was being hostile and called the police on me. Cricket is a joke and if I could give 0 stars, I would.

  The reps are awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable about there devices and accessories and anything cellular. Recommend you find your way down to see them and maybe find your way into a better newer phone.
