We literally had to tell her, then she question us and had to call someone and ask. These were the products being advertised in the window AND online 🤦🏽♀️ we actually ended up just walking out of the store because she was just didnt know what she was talking about and was frankly kind of rude.

I signed up for service with Cricket for my family and I, I realized my bill seemed higher than what was talked about with the manager. I went in to be greeted by a younger girl who looked into my account and told me I had some international texting added to my account. UNBELIEVABLE. I was not asked or told about this, and I didnt need it.
