- MRMarisa RubinApr 23, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. I went to get a screen protector replaced. Charged $8 to take 10 minutes only for it to not be on correctly. I then had to purchase a new $25 screen protector for them to put on wrong, again. They then grabbed another one to replace, and 70 minutes later, I was seemingly out the door. I noticed some bubbles around the edges, and they said they would go away on their own and to place my phone screen down and put a few books on it to help it set. Well, not only did I not choose to do that because it sounded sketchy, but I also now have more adhesive issues from them putting on 4 different screen protectors and basically forcing me out of the store. First red flag was that it took 10 minutes to apply a screen protector... An absolute nightmare.
- SSSinmanNov 20, 20221.0Had appointment, got there on time waited in line now 7 minutes past my appointment time she tells me oh we will have to get the people coming in at later appointments ahead of you, then they don’t even have the battery for my phone in stock what a waste of my time. Went to blazing electronics on east side of town they had my battery replaced in less the a hour!!
