  This is a review of the company as a whole and this location. I've had this company for 2 years now. I don't like leaving reviews like this but I just can't take it anymore. It took them 4 hours to set up my phones, there were 4 phones, but I do not feel like it should have taken that long considering it took us 30 min to figure out what we wanted. The service has been subpar the entire time and don't even get me started on the customer service. You are guaranteed to be on hold for 10 mins, it doesn't matter what time you call, you will be on hold for a while and good luck actually getting help. This whole experience has been an insane headache I wish I would have never even started. If anyone reads this, go somewhere, anywhere. I'm sure it will be less of a headache than this company. I'm done.

  Went to go in at 5:45 pm on a Saturday, girl was packed up to leave and the door was locked. Hours say open till 7. She just stared at me through the glass so I left and will be switching services.
