Getting help to check out or customer service takes a hot minute because they just don't have that many employees--again that's my experience with best buy so it doesn't bother me. I expect it. But once you get help they're very nice and friendly. Overall your typical Best Buy. Will visit again.

Went home and used ai for 20 min and fixed it myself with no new parts. Try online and confirm the issue and try to resolve yourself. save the money! btw wrote this on the "computer that most likely needs a new hard drive" lol
