I dont do reviews and i definitely do not like leaving negative ones Been coming here for almost 2 years, initially really liked the place Dr Lindsay was great dont think hes there anymore anyways came in today and declined a couple things on my initial $1000 bill seemed to upset the staff as they held me HOSTAGE when I went to check out tried to pay my $600 bill so they can “confirm im a owner” as our account is under my wifes name (mind you IM the only one whos ever brought our dog in) regardless I guess they said they have had several law suits or something about dog owners however you would think they would have confirmed on check in ? Absolutely blown away by the aggressive hostility this place showed today and they think wed come back? Wild.

Despite the fact service always takes quite a while, and has always been moderately expensive, I continued to take my dog here, as (most of) the staff was friendly and helpful, and I liked the first doctor i had seen. My dog started developing some muscle control issues on the right side of his face. Thinking hed had a stroke i took him in. I was told he had blunt force trauma to his face. Now, he had no marks, and lives in a very controlled environment, so thats highly unlikely. Also unlikely was the course of steroids he was started on, but hey im not the professional. The steroids didnt help. I noticed at this later date that he was also becoming very clumsy, even falling over sometimes, walking into walls, etc. I took him back, (again paying the office fee, even though it was the same problem). again, nothing could be found. we were sent home. so months after the problem was first reported, by myself, and still with no answers, i notice hes shaking his head a lot now. Upon looking into his ears, they are absolutely caked with funk. Obviously a horribly severe dual ear infection...makes sense with the balance issues right? Keeping in mind that his balance is getting worse daily, hes feverish (warm nose, not moist, ears hot), and hes had diariah for weeks now as a result of this, combined with the fact this would be the third time ive asked them for help with the same issue, and the fact ive been coming here for 2 years, i asked if they would see him today (tuesday) and let me pay the office fee friday. I was told no, that if hed been hit by a car it could be considered, but otherwise i was welcome to apply for the credit card they offered. Just another example of money ruling all, and caregivers not giving a care.
