  I love this store and cricket. I’ve had my phone line and number for almost 15 years. I got my husband out of the horrors of T-Mobile and switched him to my line. Yolanda made all the experience even better. His phone was shattered and she did everything she could for at least 30 minutes maybe more to help transfer everything from his previous email. They always hire strong customer service reps and Yolanda was nothing short of that standard. Thanks Yolanda Gabriela and Alejandro 🙏

  Totally crap service. I arrived having to use the restroom terribly. Begged the guy could I go really quick. Assuring him I would get a phone there. He turned me away store empty.

  The people who work there are rude and if you ask them to repeat something because you didn't understand they have an attitude. They spelled my name wrong even after asking me to spell it twice. Yazmina I think her name is, had a rude attitude. Like if you hate your job go somewhere else.
