  This isn’t so much about products or customer service, but it’s the way they promote Progressive Leasing and the way they make it sound like it’s a benefit when in fact, Progressive Leasing is predatory and dishonest. They hit your bank account and credit card. I’ve double paid a few times now but that doesn’t mean anything to them when I miss a payment because they never credited the extra money they took back to my account. Long story short, shame on Best Buy for encouraging your employees to promote a service that steals from your customers and screws up their entire credit profile in the process. I shop there regularly, but I can’t see that happening while you still offer those services just on principle. I want to add also that I had the cash to make my purchase outright and the employee talked me into leasing it instead. I wasn’t looking for any kind of financing. It’s my fault for buying into it, but it shouldn’t have been offered in the first place if I wasn’t asking. It shouldn’t be offered at all if you care about your customers coming back

  Terrible service. I purchased a laptop three months ago at the Best Buy in Manhattan KS, but it was crushed during my travel on vacation overseas about one month later. After I was back home on May 7 and took the laptop to the store for repairs and the store wanted me to pay more than $250 for window system reinstalled, but I rejected the service.

  I didn't plan on leaving a review but I feel I have to now. I showed up at 8 and they had already turned off the open sign and started closing up. Additionally, last time I came here they tried to sell me the best buy credit card multiple times, same goes for the warranty. While they may technically be open and I think I may be able to go in, I am unsure because the metal shutters are blocking the enter side and once again the open sign is off. I personally will not enter a store that looks to be closed especially if the open sign is off. I kept trying to give best buy a chance but unfortunately I will not be back or order online again. Which yes I understand doesn't matter but I'll still shop elsewhere anyway.
