- TSTonya SizemoreJul 7, 20261.0Expensive. We just walked out.
- ADAddie DorseyMar 17, 20231.0If i could give a zero star review I would. My moms car was unlawfully towed by Cricket. We parked in a spot that was unmarked as a spot we could not park in BEFORE the store opened. The sign was fallen down and buried in snow. When we confronted them they lied and said the sign was up. We got confirmation from neighboring stores that the sign was down and we were there before the store had opened. The two girls working there were incredibly unprofessional and rude to my mom, my sister and I. They eventually after long tiring communication they finally contacted their manager and offered their own money to pay for the car that was unlawfully towed. Once given the money the two rude girls said “this is our apology” “can we call it even”. To top it off one of the girls was holding her vape and vaping in front of us. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Horrible service cricket.
