- TBTrish BurgeDec 12, 20173.0Its nice to get away from the pricey phone services... however I hate that when a phone of theirs malfunctions your on your own basically. They tell you to use a burner phone while you ship back your phone to be "evaluated" for problems on your own dime. I also find it a rip off that they charge you a fee to import your phone numbers feom an old phone when signing up... Um I can do that and dont want you messing with my phone. Better product support and the option to have your info switched over and itd be a higher rating.
