  Only giving one star so I can make this review! I never go to this location. But I needed to upgrade my phone ASAP. Walked in was greeted but was told I'll be with you in one minute ( I was the only customer) the woman who was working at the time ( Bianca J ) was on the phone( on a personal call with doctors for her child (I didn't mind I have kids of my own) ). It wasn't a big deal I was looking around. The call did take a while. Once she was done she didn't even come from around the counter to help me she just kept telling me prices while asking for prices she stopped and took another personal call ( told me the customer to hold on I have a call told the person on the line what's up what do you need I'm with a customer took her time then went back to yelling from behind the counter prices of phones).I said ok once I settled on a phone I wanted she told me the price oh a phone over $230-$240 she said there was a promotion going on I would get a phone case screen protector and wall plug for free. I said ok that's fine. At the end she said I saved 4.00 then somehow it was 10.00 I saved total. Looking at my receipt I seen my phone was $109.99 plus a -$40.00 cricket promotion ( total paid for phone was $76.38) not the $200+ she told me for the phone in the end I ended up paying a total of $219.02 I was charged $65.46 for a phone case that I was told was free and $49.09 for a phone charger I do not even use. I asked to speak to a manager she said there was none available. I asked when they would be there they said the manager never comes they couldn't even give their name they said I would have to go to their location and they call from there phone so I can talk to the manager but since I already have all the items they won't give me a return. I will NEVER go back to this location again. I know cricket employees get commissions from items sold from phone, phone cases, chargers ect every item sold is commission. I understand a hustle 100% but this.. that what was done to me is dirty. If you are good with your customers you can sell. I would like to also add how is was also looking 100% un professional hair looked a mess hair was all over the place wasn't brushed make up all under and around her eyes. She was helping me and another persona at the time a 3rd person walked in she tried to help them at the same time all well. The whole experience was very unprofessional. Will never go back

  This is the best cricket store in kansas they have everything you need at one store and the people that work here are always nice and the place is always clean.

  Fast service in store with great employees. They are super helpful and quick. The store is clean and well cared for.
