I purchased a Moto G Stylus from this location on Saturday, March 15th. My receipt was text to me at 3:35pm that day. While there, Stacy realized none of the screen protectors were fitting on the phone correctly, the edges were not sticking. She tried roughly 6 different screen protectors and assumed that her batch must have been bad. To compensate for the screen protector I'd already paid for, she gave me a wall charger. I then ordered a screen protector off Amazon, but that one wouldn't fit either. I then purchased a Motorola brand screen protector, but that one would not fit. I called Stacy that week (I believe Wednesday, the 19th) and explained about the screen protectors and she said her new batch wasn't in yet and I could come in to get one when they arrived). I returned to the store on Saturday the 22nd (one week later) around 2pm, and the employee (I believe Nicole) tried another screen protector. She was pressing very hard on the edges, trying to force the screen protector to stick and I asked if it was working. She did not respond. I then asked for my phone. She said it wasn't working, would not let me see how the screen protector was fitting/not fitting on my phone, took the screen protector off and handed me my phone. I then asked for a refund and she refused, saying I was over the 7 day mark. Stacy then starts talking through another phone's speaker (I hadn't even realized she was dialed in listening to this entire exchange) and told me that I should contact Motorola for a replacement.
I was simply ripped off. Now I have a phone that screen protectors won't fit. My husband has the same phone without this issue. It's an issue with this particular phone's screen.
Unprofessional all around and I'd love to reach out to someone with Cricket beyond Stacy, but I was refused the information of any manager higher than her.
Do yourself a favor and make the drive to a different cricket location.
