  Austin the salesperson at this Ireland road Cricket Store gave me awesome service setting up the Samsung phone I bought there. She was also great on two visits I subsequently made to the store, helping me quickly and expertly.

  Had a bad SIM card and had spent hours with customer service trying to figure out the problem. Larry figured it out super fast and easy. Was in and out with a working phone and very happy! 4 stars because they had a DJ playing beats in the store, which is cool and inviting, but it was too loud to have an easy conversation. Felt like I had to raise my voice the entire time.

  The store was alright. The staff was a little stale. It took longer than normal because the first phone was defective and we had to get a second one. The space of the floor and the lack of things gives it a very empty feeling.
