  I’ve been shopping at the store ever since the first day! I could still remember standing in line and getting my free black UP mall Apple Store T-shirt. Today nearly 12 years later, I came in first thing in the morning with my wife’s broken iPhone, and it was really neat to see the entire team cheering all of the customers and clapping the doors rolled open. Just like they did on grand opening day. We ended up having some issues with AT&T and had to go back-and-forth between the two stores three times, basically spent the entire day. But the UP mall Apple Store team really went above and beyond to do everything they could in their power to make it as easy as they could for me. If I could describe my customer experience from today using once sentence I would say “it would be that of an extremely small mom and pop business, but even better and more well-thought-out than that!”

  Joe was amazing and treated my mom with kindness, patience and compassion while helping her with her phone issue. He’s the reason the store gets 4.5 stars. Janelle is the reason I’d give this place 1 star; the exact opposite of Joe in every way.

  My appointment was for 10:25, I arrived at 10-24. Sat down and watched 3 people come in and be helped before me. Sat there until 10:55 and left. Smallest Apple Store I’ve ever seen is also the worst

  Claire Cole locked herself out of her Ipad after changing the pin code too many times and forgot the last code she set on it. We took it to the Apple store in the University Park Mall for support to restore access after having to reset the memory and it was stuck in “Unavailable” mode. Her AirPods Pro charging case also stopped charging after getting something that she swears doesn’t look like dried slime in the charging port. A quick cleaning scraped the debris out and restored its charging function. Thank you to Nic and Brian at the Apple University Park Mall, Mishawaka, IN location for providing us with excellent service and technical support today.

  We sat at the bar today Sunday May 10 2026 at approximately 6:11. Let me tell you that this will be the LAST time I EVER visit this restaurant. The bartender (the one with the glasses) I wanted to point this out because while we sat at the bar, she took absolutely zero accountability and shifted blame the another waitress who notice that she needed help and came to help. So instead of taking care of her customers in the bar area, she was too worried about feeding Mike (I'm assuming this is a regular) free alcoholic drinks and worrying about her headphones. She proceeded to tell us that our food was ready but instead of going to get our food she took 8 mins to look for her headphones. I asked another waitress if she would get our food before it got cold. The bar itself was a COMPLETE mess. Dirty dishes piled up everywhere. Very poor customer service
