  Today (30September26) I visited the Apple Store in the University Park Mall in Mishawaka for the purpose of purchasing a new iPhone. Nessa was the associate who assisted me. I am posting this review because I could not have been more pleased with the help she gave me. I had what I thought was a rather difficult problem, since the iPhone I was replacing was completely drained. She was able, in the time I was there, to gain access to the old phone and perform those functions necessary to activatethe new instrument. She is quite knowledgable and was very professional. I should like to thank her and the Apple Store.

  I have been a loyal Apple fan for years, but I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. When I asked an employee for assistance, she remained standing at a distance and spoke to me loudly, even though I politely asked if she could come closer because I did not want everyone in the store to hear our conversation. However, she continued speaking from a distance and did not make any effort to accommodate my request.What was even more disappointing was that several other employees were standing nearby and watching, but no one stepped in to assist. For a premium brand like Apple, I expected a much more professional and respectful customer experience. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and provide additional customer service training to the staff.

  On September 24, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM, I entered the Apple Store in University Park Mall, Mishawaka, Indiana. I was warmly greeted by a very helpful, knowledgeable, Apple store associate; Moe. This is the first time that I ever been to an Apple Store. My iPad 7th Gen., would not turn on. After tech support/store associate, Moe, couldn't get my iPad to respond because of hardware/software issues; slightly faded darken screen with thick black bands going across. He surmised the iPad is no longer functioning, and was not worth repairing. I stated, that's fine. Could I buy a silver basic iPad 11th Gen with Wi-Fi only? Yes. Set up was now being handled by Apple Store associate, Chris. Who guided me through all the prompts with the start up procedures. (Needed because my lack of Apple products knowledge and my old iPad couldn't turn on to transfer information). I am so grateful to myself for not making a online purchase; of this iPad. There's no way a consumer can get expert guidance like what is provided at an Apple Store. Apple associates, Moe and Chris, assistance was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend these 2 gentlemen and this Apple Store in University Park Mall in Mishawaka, Indiana.

  I had to drive 3 hours to pick up my new phone. I had to call and ask questions and they were super nice and helpful and as well as when I got there they were super nice and helpful. And it took me less than 10 min! Recommend and would come back if it was closer !

  I will not be shopping at the Apple Store in University Mall. I decided to purchase a new computer so I called the store to ask about a certain computer and the lowest priced one he never mentioned but I did and was told (after I explained what I was looking at on my computer) it was an educational discount. I said I am teaching now and would like the discount. I was told it was no problem and that we could do it in the store. I stated that I didn't want to have to make two trips to the mall and for him to make sure it could be done in one trip. When I got to the mall I didn't know where the store was locatede and called to find out which entrance I should use. I spoke to a person who worked at the call center and she explained when the store gets too busy the call center takes the calls. The person at the call center was very nice but she wasn't familiar with the mall and wasn't sure which entrance but suggested one. I walked into the store and was surprised that at least 5 employees were standing together chatting. (Too busy to answer a phone call from a customer. The salesman showed me the computer and I said I wanted it with the educational discount and was then told it would take weeks to get the computer when ordering by computer. I asked to speak to the manager. There was nothing he could do and told me to have a nice day (sarcastically). Lesson learned . Never shop at the Apple Store.
